Recently, I'm quite obsessed with SLBs, which is pretty apparent from my previous entry about SLB in Crystal Jade =)
We were shopping at The Curve the other day and we stumbled upon a restaurant that serves Shanghai cuisine.. As we were dead hungry, we decided to give Nan Xiang Mantou Dian a try.

Like any other SLB outlets, Nan Xiang has also implemented the open kitchen concept, where patrons could actually see how the chefs are preparing the food. 
As we were feeling very famished that day, we sorta like ordered the "fast food."
Well, the main dishes are nothing to shout about. Pretty normal stuff.
As for the SLB, we ordered the Chicken SLB and Pork SLB. The taste is just okay. Still prefer Crystal Jade's and Dragon-I's.
As I was flipping through the menu, I saw this uber special SLB, the one that I've been looking for and I finally found it!!!
The Crab Roe SLB that are sipped with a straw!! Saw it on some food blogs but I thought the picture was modified..I couldn't believe it initially....Hahaha...As the saying goes, you gotta see it to believe it!
It's so darn cute! Thought it was special initially...But kindda dissapointed cuz I expected something more.. Basically, it's just soup with scallops,crab roes and a lil' crab meat inside. Then again, you never try , you never know right???Well, the food at Nan Xiang is pretty ordinary. But if you wanna try the Crab Roe SLB, I would say..Not really worth it..Unless you have RM 15 to spare...Then by all means, go ahead and have a try.
p.s. Still waiting to try Ding Tai Fung at The Gardens ;-p
