Lies, lies, lies

Questions to those who aren't from the same course or university as me:

Do the staffs in your university ( or in particular: those in charged of your course) lie to you? Or even treat you as if you are retarded?

Because mine did, actually. Not only to me, in fact to many students in Econs Department. A recent incident that happened to my friend really proved that the staff in Econs Dept aren't really good at their jobs. And if I told you the reason they gave my friend for their incompetencies, you would definitely think : What kind of lame excuse is that?? (Good strategy: Blame the incompetencies on the colleague who just left the company)

And don't get me started on the way they speak to us.. It's like we, students are always at fault. And I don't understand why they have to be so L.C.L.Y ?? ( Come on lah, you are just an admin staff la, not the CEO ok) . Also, I don't comprehend why they have to act so authoritative?? Probably they've been under their boss for so long, they feel the need to be authoritative at any chance they could get..

And whenever our parents are around, they'll be super nice and polite and even flashed their mega-watt smiles when they are talking to us..Even told lies to conceal their incompetencies.(And thanked God my friend was smart enough to clarify with the lecturer, and the lecturer was so mad with the dept.. And the dept kena tembak from the lecturer.. Serves them right I would say).

It's sad to see the way they treated us.. Why can't they treat us like adults and not belittle us? What happened to : Budi Bahasa Buday Kita?
